My name is Michael Morgera. I am a Licensed and Insured Real Estate Professional in RI with an extensive background with Real Estate Sales, Management and Financial Services.

I've been in the Real Estate business for a couple of years assisting clients find a home for personal or investment use.  I have a passion for new and old homes. They are all unique and all tell a story. Additionally my father was a new Construction Contractor for many years. I used to assist him with building projects from initial meetings, developing blueprints and actually construction.

I was in the mortgage and banking industry as a Loan Specialist from 2001-2010. I learned many programs that are available to home owners such as Conventional, FHA and Reverse Mortgages. Each are unique based on the consumers specific qualifications and objectives.

My mission is to provide exceptional customer service to my clients, be readily available and find a home that fits their needs and wants. I focus on attention to detail and I not only listen to my client but I "hear" what they say in order to find their dream home for them. I am a father of 2 beautiful children and I know the value of providing a stable and loving place that they can call home.
